Administrative Analyst, Economic Development and Housing Department - City of Garden Grove
Christy Le is a dedicated public servant with a strong track record in government relations and community engagement leadership. She joined the City of Garden Grove in 2022 and currently serves as the Administrative Analyst for the City’s Economic Development and Housing Department.
In her role, Christy oversees multiple projects supporting the City’s homelessness initiatives, managing more than $25 million in funding, in addition to advancing key economic development efforts. One of her most significant responsibilities is managing the construction and ongoing operations of the Central Cities Navigation Center, a collaborative homelessness initiative between the County of Orange and the cities of Garden Grove, Westminster, and Fountain Valley. Christy also manages the City’s Caltrans Fencing Improvement Project and successfully secured over $1.92 million from the California Interagency Council on Homelessness (Cal ICH) through the Encampment Resolution Fund to address local encampment issues.
Most recently, Christy led the muti-city Little Saigon 50th Anniversary event and secured $550,000 from the State’s Jobs First initiative to support a tri-city partnership among Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, and Santa Ana to conduct a comprehensive economic market assessment and develop architectural design guidelines for Little Saigon.
